Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov clarified that the administration is currently temporary, with no decision yet on permanent expropriation.

Nestlé’s Russian press service, as quoted by state news agency TASS, emphasized that the transfer does not constitute nationalisation or a change of ownership.
