Victim’s Account
According to the victim, he and two other men were driven to the Pope Street location on a Wednesday. There he encountered a man known locally as “One Legged Jay,” who demanded repayment of the money the victim had provided for a vehicle purchase. Two additional men then struck him in the face, causing dental injuries.
