Israir Airlines announced that it will launch two weekly direct flights from Israel to Marrakesh, operating from early November through the beginning of January. In addition, the carrier has submitted a request to add a weekly direct flight to Casablanca, which it expects to begin in early November pending the required approvals.

Under the proposed timetable, passengers will be able to travel from Israel to Marrakesh and return from Casablanca without needing to backtrack to the original arrival city. The airline indicated that the Marrakesh service will run for roughly two months, while the Casablanca route is slated to start concurrently, contingent on regulatory clearance.
