History

Historical Context

In 1995 the O.J. Simpson murder trial became a televised media circus, with the verdict watched by an estimated 100 million people and coverage that eclipsed major news events. The trial reshaped television coverage, creating a template that networks now follow. Today Fox hosts Samantha Ponder and Harris Faulkner apply that formula to the Lindsay Clancy case, turning it into a partisan podcast showdown.
