Sale Completion and Financial Terms
The HOT Group announced that the sale of its mobile, television and internet operations—collectively HOT Mobile—was completed for approximately NIS 1.88 billion. The transaction transferred ownership to a consortium of Delek Israel, Keystone and Leumi Partners. The cash consideration received by the HOT Group amounted to roughly NIS 1.218 billion. The deal follows the group’s earlier divestiture of its stake in the IBC fiber venture, which closed in June 2025 for an estimated NIS 520 million, bringing total earnings from recent sales to about NIS 2.2 billion.
HOT Mobile’s History and Market Position
HOT Mobile entered the Israeli market in 2011 after acquiring Mirs and rebranding the service. Over 15 years the company grew to serve an estimated two million private and business customers, positioning itself as a key driver of competition in the Israeli mobile sector. During that period HOT invested in infrastructure that enabled the rollout of 4G and 5G networks across the country.
