Prime Big Deal Days: Xbox Discounts in Their Final Hours
By Drooid · · How we work
Game Prices and Savings
IGN reports that several recent Xbox titles have been marked down sharply. *Pragmata*, released in April, is discounted 33 % to $39.99, the lowest price recorded on Amazon. *Star Wars Zero Company*, launched in late August, is now $47.99, its first post-launch reduction. *Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds* also appears among the highlighted deals, though a specific price is not provided. These cuts represent the most notable price drops for new releases during the event.
Console Bundles Outside Amazon
While the Amazon sale focuses on individual games, the guide points to competing offers from Best Buy’s “Techtober” promotion. Bundles pairing an Xbox Series X (disc), Xbox Series S, or Xbox Series X (all-digital) with a transparent red Xbox Elite Series 2 Core controller and a copy of *Gears of War: E-Day* are available. IGN notes that purchasers can save up to $150 compared with buying the components separately, providing a cost-effective route for those considering a new console.
Controller Deals
Among accessories, the “Breaker” series of Xbox controllers is listed at $64. Amazon’s own “Storm Breaker” model is further reduced to just over $60, with the discount limited to the current day, as indicated by a timer on the product page. The guide also mentions additional third-party controllers on sale, offering alternative options for gamers seeking a discounted input device.
Additional Shopping Guidance
IGN’s conclusion emphasizes that the Prime Big Deal Days sale still includes non-gaming items and that comparable discounts are available for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo platforms. For readers focused on Xbox, the guide recommends prioritizing the highlighted game discounts and the Storm Breaker controller before the sale concludes, as the remaining offers are time-sensitive.
