Story summary
- On October 14, 1926, A. A. Milne released *Winnie-the-Pooh*, illustrated by E. H. Shepard. The short-story collection set in the Hundred Acre Wood follows the bear Winnie-the-Pooh and friends Christopher Robin, Piglet, Eeyore, Owl, Rabbit, Kanga and Roo.
