Summary

Tesla Tests Hover

Cold-gas thrusters will power the Roadster’s acceleration, braking, cornering, and potential flight.
The thrusters use an onboard compressor to charge an ultra-pressurized air tank and expel gas through nozzles.
A video on X appears to show the Roadster performing a hover test, suggesting limited air-worthiness.
The base model without thrusters is projected to reach 0-60 mph in under two seconds, rivaling the fastest production cars.
