History

Historical Context

Manchester United’s rapid managerial changes mirror a long-standing pattern of leadership turnover seen in history. After King David, who dies at 70, faced political pressure, he named Solomon as successor in the 10th-century BC, a transition shaped by elite influence. Such succession dynamics illustrate how owners and senior figures have repeatedly intervened to redirect organizations.
