MUS immersive, short for Modern Uprising Studio, has emerged as a new independent startup aiming to create a novel category of entertainment known as "immersive event cinema." Utilizing spatial computing technologies, the company seeks to blend physical and digital realms, allowing audiences to engage with 3D digital content in their real-world environments. Co-founded by Joel Roodman, a former senior vice president at Miramax Films, MUS immersive aims to redefine cinematic experiences through its proprietary Celeste Immersive Engine, which transforms traditional video into immersive environments without the need for headsets.
