Honda Recalls Vehicles
- Honda Motor Co. is recalling 880,514 U.S. Pilot, Ridgeline, Passport and Acura MDX vehicles because a rear-subframe part can rust and fail.
- The 2014-2020 MDX, 2016-2022 Pilot, 2017-2023 Ridgeline and 2019-2023 Passport models may suffer subframe thinning from road-salt corrosion, leading to fracture.
- Dealers will inspect and install kits while Honda reported no injuries or deaths as of May 28 and its shares fell 1% in trading, down over 10% year-to-date.
