History

Pete Carroll’s 2004 USC team went 13-0, won the BCS title 55-19 over Oklahoma and was later stripped in 2010, yet ESPN still named the Trojans the decade’s No. 1 in 2007. That era of dominance set a high-pressure standard that now confronts Lincoln Riley’s 6-2 USC squad against Ohio State at the Los Angeles Coliseum.
