Eligible website subscriptions start with a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
14-day refund guarantee
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid website subscription charge. This is separate from your free trial.
After the trial, your selected monthly or annual plan renews automatically. When website subscriptions launch, cancellation and billing management will be available through your Drooid account and Paddle’s customer portal. Cancel ahead of your next payment time; Paddle blocks subscription changes during the final 30 minutes before billing.
